Lee Dukes Named Principal Wellness President
November 18, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Lee Dukes has
been named president of Principal Wellness Company, a
subsidiary of the Principal Financial Group.

Dukes will have direct oversight of all wellness products and services, according to a press release.
Dukes, whom the company said has nearly 30 years of wellness experience, was most recently senior vice president of client services and wellness solutions at Alere Medical Incorporated in Dallas. Prior to that, he held a number of leadership roles with other health and wellness companies including Matria Healthcare Incorporated, Winning Habits, and the Cooper Institute.
Principal Wellness Company promotes prevention as a key factor in addressing health care costs by providing onsite health and wellness screenings. Wellness programs are customized to meet a variety of employer goals and include private member consultations and personalized high-risk interventions.
