According to the firm, Douglas Harding and Troy Jackson have been named regional sales directors, reporting to Jim McCrory, divisional sales manager for the Defined Contribution / Intermediary 401(k) team.
Jackson has nearly 30 years retirement sales experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Lincoln, he was a pension consultant for The Standard, in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he was responsible for marketing defined contribution plans and defined benefit plans through employee benefit brokers and independent financial advisors. According to a press release, throughout his career, he has focused on retirement sales with Principal Financial Group and Integon Insurance Corp.
Harding has 20 years experience in the sales and financial services industries. Prior to joining Lincoln, he was a regional sales representative for Guardian, where he was responsible for wholesaling retirement plan products in Illinois. Throughout his career he has served in other retirement sales capacities with Pacific Life and Mutual of New York/Metropolitan Life Insurance, according to a press release.
