The FastTrackRTW program will be used by Lincoln Financial Group to optimize its return-to-work program, helping disabled individuals find employment and return to productive work lives, according to the announcement.
The FastTrackRTW program technology is designed with a set of Section 508 compliant features which provide motivational support and career services tools for the claimant. Additionally, the proprietary RightMatch technology is used to match a claimant’s experience and abilities to a large database of open jobs, and a specialized tracking module allows caseworkers to monitor and encourage FastTrackRTW utilization by claimants.
“FastTrackRTW closely aligns with our philosophy, permitting a customized return-to-work solution to be prepared for every claimant, based on their abilities, allowing us to provide much more than just financial protection for our customers’ employees,” said Paul Martin, Lincoln Financial Group’s Vice President, Group Claims, in the announcement.
