Lockton Tacks on Plan Consulting Services
February 27, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Chicago-based
insurance broker Lockton Companies is expanding the
capabilities of its Chicago office to include retirement plan
consulting services for corporate and not-for-profit
organizations.

Lockton said the Retirement Services practice will provide consulting services, including Investment Policy Statement drafting and maintenance, vendor search and evaluation, fee benchmarking and negotiation, plan design consulting, employee communications consulting, and mergers and acquisition due diligence.
Doug Morris recently joined the brokerage to head the new unit as Vice President, Retirement Services, according to the announcement.Morris has 20 years of experience providing retirement and employee benefits planning. Immediately prior to joining Lockton, he was Vice President of Sales for the Chicago office of Diversified Investment Advisors.
