as part of the new national 401(k) Open Architecture program
sponsored by NFP Securities Inc. (NFP).

The Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based Marshall & Ilsley services over 1,200 plans and is a recordkeeper for more than 280,000 plan participants. The company custodies over $60 billion in plan assets with more than $14 billion under management.
