Revzon Consulting Group describes its new EZ B Plan as a full-service, one-stop 403(b) for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations with two or more employees, churches and public schools. Employers with existing plans looking to lower out-of-pocket costs without sacrificing services or fund quality will also find the plan attractive, the firm said in a release.
Organizations may build the plan’s fund menu from any retirement shares offered by more than 100 fund families. Key features of the plan include professional compliance services (document preparation, employee census review, distribution reviews and Form 5500 filing), proactive reporting, financial adviser guidance, simplified administration, and Web capability. The EZ B Plan complies with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
