MassMutual Enhances TPA Alliance Business Model

March 16, 2009 ( - MassMutual's Retirement Services Division announced it is kicking off a significantly enhanced model for its TPA Alliance business on March 31.

According to the announcement, highlights of MassMutual’s enhanced TPA Alliance business model include:

  • Dedicated TPA channel managers to assist intermediaries and TPAs with business development efforts,
  • A new regional service team including new relationship managers and account managers to better service TPAs and intermediaries with their clients on MassMutual’s platform,
  • Additional participant enrollment and education resources, and
  • A new registered mutual fund product offering for the TPA market designed to help TPAs and intermediaries take advantage of opportunities in the 403(b) market.
