McCamish and Magner Join Forces in Non-Qualified Services

August 2, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - McCamish Systems, LLC announced an agreement with Magner.Network, LLC to combine their non-qualified retirement businesses.

According to a company press release, the merging of the Retirement Services Division of Magner with McCamish should be completed by mid-August.

Magner’s sales services which includes plan design, training, financial forecasting, and document creation will be combined with McCamish’s non-qualified recordkeeping platform and insurance product administration services, according to the news release.

Combined, the companies will be servicing more than 14 institutional distributors, 525 plan sponsors, and 40,000 plan participants.   Richard Magner has been appointed Principal of McCamish Systems.

Magner.Network, LLC offers sales support and administrative services to the financial services industry.   After the Retirement Services Division combines with McCamish, the company will still provide services in the Donor Advised Fund, Charitable Gift Annuity, and disability income markets.
