Mercer Adds Three to Outsourcing Business Sales Staff

A Mercer news release says Mike Foote joins Mercer as Chicago/Midwest Market Leader based in Deerfield, Illinois, and Ann Ivory joins Mercer as Southwest Market Leader based in Houston. They are responsible for all sales efforts in their markets related to Mercer’s defined contribution, defined benefit, health and benefits, total benefits/total retirement outsourcing, absence management, and other related administration services. 

Rebecca Cohen joins Mercer as a Market Leader, business development, responsible for cross-selling outsourcing services to existing clients within different areas of Mercer, and is based in New York, according to the announcement.

Foote joins Mercer from Hewitt Associates, where he served as a benefits outsourcing executive and a member of the Hewitt Leadership Group. Ivory also joins Mercer from Hewitt Associates, where she most recently served as a principal and a member of the Hewitt Leadership Group responsible for outsourcing sales in the Southwest market. 

Cohen joins Mercer from AXA Equitable, Corporate Markets, where she served as vice president institutional sales and marketing.  

All three report to Kerry Sain, Head of Sales for Mercer’s outsourcing business.
