According to the announcement, under the agreement, Digital Insurance will staff a dedicated Mercer Health & Benefits sales and service team to support the needs of small employers. Digital Insurance will provide each Mercer Health & Benefits small business client with a dedicated account management team consisting of an account manager, account coordinator and sales consultant.
The teams are geographically focused to proactively address a client’s benefit needs and assist them in other ways including day-to-day claims and billing issue resolution as well as overall renewal management.
