Mercer Announces Addition to Talent & Rewards Biz
May 16, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Brian J. Kelly has joined Mercer to head workforce metrics and analytics across the firm’s Talent & Rewards business.

Kelly will work with Mercer’s human capital and information product solution businesses to deliver workforce analytic insights.
According to a news release, Kelly is a recognized expert in this field, currently serving as the co-chairman of the Institute of Human Resources Workforce Planning and & Analytics Working Group and vice chairman of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRM) workforce metrics taskforce. He joins Mercer from SuccessFactors, where he was Vice President responsible for integrating the acquisition of Infohrm, a recognized industry leader in global workforce reporting, analytics, and planning solutions.
From 2006 to 2010, Kelly led Infohrm’s North American operations and was responsible for the firm’s global sales, marketing and partner strategy.. Prior to leading Infohrm, he served in a variety of management and leadership positions in the software, services and investment management industries with such firms as DoubleStar, Inc., and SEI Investments.
Kelly is a graduate of Boston College.
