September 29, 2009 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Mercer has

According to a press release, the site features:
- Compensation decision 2010 – an interactive magazine in which Mercer experts from around the world address the top 10 questions organizations are asking as they set their compensation agendas for 2010 ( http://www.mercer.com/flipbook/2010compensation );
- Human capital planning 2010: Resetting the talent and rewards agenda – a new point-of-view paper that outlines six guiding principles and a strategic process to help organizations in today’s reshaped landscape successfully engage and reward their talent to achieve business goals;
- Videos, podcasts, and articles from Mercer consultants on a variety of planning topics for 2010, including balancing workforce productivity with expense control and managing the challenges of employee engagement.
The resource center, Human capital planning 2010, is at www.mercer.com/hcplanning2010 .
A recent Mercer survey found more than half (51%) of organizations said they are approaching planning for 2010 differently than in past years. Nearly two-thirds of U.S. organizations participating in the survey plan to put greater emphasis on workforce costs (63%) and high-potential employees (60%) in the coming year (see Employers Shift Focus in Workforce Planning ).
