Mercer Launches Rewards and Talent Management Solution

According to the announcement, Human Capital Connect offers organizations a three-phase human capital lifecycle solution.  Phase one involves comprehensive analyses of current programs, processes, resources, and data to ensure clients are ready to implement a world-class rewards and talent management solution, and the design of a solution blueprint to ensure successful adoption.   

Phase two involves the deployment of the performance management, succession planning, compensation, and incentives technology by Mercer consultants, embedded with Mercer’s tools, methodologies, and intellectual capital such as decision guides, competency models, role profiles, and analytic capabilities.  Phase three helps clients optimize the first two phases and ensure adoption deep into the organization with Mercer’s change management services, training programs, and a dedicated client success team.  

Kim Seals, Global Head of Operations and Technology Solutions for Mercer’s Human Capital practice, will lead the Human Capital Connect initiative.
