Mondo to Focus on New Institutional Business for Invesco

October 14, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Invesco announced that Michael Mondo has joined its Institutional Sales and Service team as a Senior Director.

According to the announcement, Mondo is primarily focused on new business generation and deepening existing client relationships. He is part of the leadership team for Invesco’s efforts directed toward corporations, endowments and foundations, primarily located in the eastern United States.

He reports to Ben Utt and is based in the company’s Boston office.

Prior to joining Invesco Mondo was with JPMorgan Asset Management as a Client Advisor, the announcement said. His other asset management experiences were with Evergreen Investments and State Street Global Advisors.

“As we deliver more of our strong investment capabilities to the marketplace, having someone with Mike’s leadership capabilities further allows us to better deliver world class products and solutions to our clients.” said Jack Markwalter, head of U.S. Institutional Sales, Client Service and Marketing, in the announcement.
