Morgan Stanley Outsources Some Recordkeeping to ADP
July 30, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Plan sponsors at
small and medium-sized businesses, who have Morgan Stanley as
their plan provider, will now have Automatic Data Processing
(ADP) as their recordkeeper.

Through the Plus 401(k) and the Premier Programs, Morgan clients will have the ability to enroll employees and process loans via a voice response system and Internet portal.
The program will also increase participant education access through the Internet portal, as well as through Morgan Stanley?s 14,000 Financial Advisors nationwide.
The firm will also provide reporting services and other administrative support for Morgan Stanley’s clients. ADP currently provides these services to over 10,000 defined contribution plans representing more than $30 billion in plan assets and 1.2 million participants.
