NAPFA Advisers Available at Free Event

Finance magazine and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors
(NAPFA) are offering free financial planning services as part of a two-day
event.

A news release said the “Jump-Start Your Retirement Plan Days” event is scheduled for January 22 and January 26 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time and will involve NAPFA members making themselves available to offer a variety of types of financial planning information at no charge.

“Volunteer advisers from across the country are prepared to help as many people as possible during these challenging times,” said NAPFA chief executive officer Ellen Turf, in the announcement.
