New Compensation Data Tool Available

The CompAnalyst online database returns a market price for each listed job title across all industries, sizes, and geographic locations covered within the product.

HR professionals can measure a company’s size by full-time employees, assets or revenues, combine it with information from over 175 metropolitan areas and receive a market price for each combination.

The tool’s Web-based software allows users to define cuts and lists of jobs and market prices and analyze jobs along the cuts most relevant to their organizations. Data is updated automatically each month.

Users can also:

  • export data to an Excel spreadsheet and perform analyses that can be integrated with other data
  • customize their market pricing searches by industry, geographic location, and company size
  • adjust the aging factor for internal forecasting purposes.
