New Employee Retention Product Hits the Shelves

June 20, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Managers concerned with retaining top employee talent may be interested in the new Web-based development process tool by the Center for Talent Retention.

The eTalent Experience offers over 250 development actions managers can utilize to retain employees, according to a news release.   These actions are then concentrated in seven manager capabilities:

  • coaching performance
  • providing feedback
  • supporting work
  • communicating
  • managing personal actions
  • building credibility.

Each participant receives a number of hands-on tools and resources contained within the Employee Talent Toolkit and will create an implementation plan outlining actions they can take in 48 hours, seven days, 30 days, and 90 days.  Further, the eTalent Experience allows members to interact with a similar management community where participants receive follow-up talent reports, additional tools, and access to all areas of the “experience” for a year.

More information about the eTalent Experience can be found at   www.keeppeople.com.
