New Financial Report Tool Available

The new product, resulting from a partnership between 10-K Wizard and Global Reports, LLC, will offer annual reports, interim reports and IPO prospectuses from over 14,500 companies in 45 countries.

Clients can gain access to the full color, PDF formatted reports on a pay-per-view basis or through an unlimited annual subscription basis.

Annual reports and interim financials will have historical data going back as far as 1996.   The database will include additional information on selected companies, such as:

  • President’s letters
  • Stock option footnotes
  • Pension plans
  • Accounting policy changes
  • Company profiles
  • Organization charts
  • Financial graphs
