New HR Program Aimed at Small Market

human resources consulting firm unveiled an online human
resources program designed for companies with fewer than 20
employees.

HR Client said its product, HR Administrator – Special 19, should allow small-company officials to implement personnel policies without hiring a human resources professional.
According to the company, the new program helps smaller companies focus on key personnel areas for an organization of their size. It includes:
- checklists,
- sample forms and policies,
- summarized laws for all 50 states and federal statutes,
- links to key government Web sites, and
- descriptions of HR best practices
