New HR Program Aimed at Small Market

May 21, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - A Minneapolis-based human resources consulting firm unveiled an online human resources program designed for companies with fewer than 20 employees.

HR Client said its product, HR Administrator – Special 19, should allow small-company officials to implement personnel policies without hiring a human resources professional.

According to the company, the new program helps smaller companies focus on key personnel areas for an organization of their size. It includes:

  • checklists,
  • sample forms and policies,
  • summarized laws for all 50 states and federal statutes,
  • links to key government Web sites, and
  • descriptions of HR best practices
