New Plan Administration System Offers Paperless Workflow

According to a press release, CCH ProSystem fx Engagement offers paperless workflow features such as customized binder templates allowing users to create a new plan administration file binder in just a few minutes. Users can create as many different custom plan binder templates as they need to accommodate the file structure requirements of the different types of plans they administer.
The solutions offers integrated workflow features for administration, reporting, review, and signoff and archiving. This integration ensures administrators and reviewers that the data being viewed is the most up to date, no matter who has the file or where it is being worked on, the press release said.
Security features built into the system allow users to ensure file integrity by securely managing every document from inside the program, avoid unintentional or unauthorized changes by setting access rights for all staff groups, obtain secure online signoffs by preparer and reviewer and lock documents after final review.
