- a user tool that provides personalized benefit plan comparison and modeling capability. Employees or HR representatives may also model, save and e-mail multiple results to another person.
- an administrative tool that allows non-technical, subject matter experts to configure the plan comparison tool.
- enhanced data and content import capabilities including additional filtering and formatting features for externally imported content
- user defined personalization that allows employees and managers to personalize links to content areas of most interest or relevance to them..
According to the company, as part of the Workstream Benefits product line, Workstream Communicator allows HR administrators to author and deliver personalized HR content, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), benefits information and guidance to call center agents supporting employees and managers. The Workstream Communicator integrates into other major ERP systems including SAP and Oracle/PeopleSoft.
