New York Life RPS Announces Enhanced Participant Web Site

December 7, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - New York Life Retirement Plan Services announced the launch of a newly redesigned participant Web site.

The Web site is part of New York Life’s newly introduced MyLifeNow program (see New York Life Unveils Participant Ed. Program), and features an intuitive user interface that is designed to function similar to an app, rather than a traditional static Web page.  The site is centered on a hub, or home page, from which participants can easily view frequently requested information “at a glance.”

Participants can also access detailed account information using dynamic navigation with animated page transitions.

According to the announcement, the site encourages participants to manage all aspects of their retirement planning electronically, providing traditional functionality such as enrollment, deferral rate changes and loan modeling along with enhanced features such as retirement income projections, customized personal rates of return, and managed account services via Morningstar Associates, LLC.
