Newkirk Joins with Communi(k)

April 25, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Newkirk, an Albany, New York defined contribution publisher offering print on demand products, has merged with Communi(k), a participant education firm in Portland, Oregon.

The companies said in a press release that they would unveil new products and services from the merged organizations in several weeks.

Also announced Thursday was the appointment of Justin McCormick, a software developer, as head of research and development for the combined company.
