Newkirk Launches Online Enrollment Service

April 22, 2002 ( - Newkirk introduced Enroll Plus - an online program that allows plan providers to create enrollment materials for their defined contribution retirement plans.

Enroll Plus provides the features and flexibility of a customized enrollment book system, at a low entry price via a new Internet front end, Newkirk said in a news release.

According to the company, there is a modest per order charge and low cost per enrollment booklet but no additional charges for

  • fund fact sheets
  • online package tracking, or any other Enroll Plus features.

Plan providers can choose from two enrollment booklet designs and can upload their own PDF files, for example a custom cover letter or custom forms, for inclusion in the booklets. The online editing tool allows for customization of the cover letter and plan highlight text, and providers can sequence the booklet components in their desired order.
