Through an interface, administrators and HR professionals can assess their compliance requirements in over 300 HR topics, according to a news release. HR-Wizard then delivers a prioritized to-do list of actions required to bring the client’s HR policy into compliance or up to a best-practice standard. Clients can download a template form or sample policy to address an HR problem diagnosed through the new service.
Finally, HR-Wizard produces customized documentation for each identified problem, the announcement said.
