OnlineBenefits Releases HR Management System

May 7, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Small- and mid-sized employers have a new Web-based human resources and benefits management system to consider from OnlineBenefits, Inc.

Benergy HRx allows employers to perform HR functions via the Internet, according to a news release.   Some of these functions include:

  • employee recordkeeping
  • time-off management
  • to-do lists
  • performance management
  • recruiting
  • benefits administration
  • reporting.

Further, the system allows managers and employees access to monitor and manipulate information relevant to them.   OnlineBenefits says prices start at $3 per employee per month and grade down as the workforce size increases.

The new system comes at the completion of the first integration phase following OnlineBenefits’ acquisition of VirtualHR from eBenefits, Inc.
