Partnership Produces Data-Based Workplace Health Care Product

April 24, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - A Parsippany, New Jersey-based provider of dependent care services will now offer its services along with real-time clinical data to allow employer clients access to a compliance-based approach to health care management.

A news release from Work & Family Benefits (WFB) said the joint product comes out of its new partnership with Triveris, a health plan designer and health compliance management company.

According to the announcement, the combined product offers Triveris’ data collection and analysis to identify opportunities for individual workers to optimize their health status.

The system allows plan administrators to identify individuals who are potentially large claimants at an earlier stage and provide them with customized care management strategies, including preventive care and wellness programs, according to the announcement.

Condition-specific information and resources will be delivered directly to individual members through the program. This approach, which integrates medical data and claims analysis with preventive care information, facilitates an appropriate plan of care that promotes member participation and patient advocacy, according to the announcement.
