PayMaxx Launches On-Site Payroll Check Printing Service

November 13, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Payroll processor PayMaxx, Inc. has introduced CheckPrint, an on-site payroll check printing service for PayMaxx's PowerPayroll users.

CheckPrint is a PC-based program that may be downloaded from the Internet.

Users submit their payroll information via PowerPayroll to PayMaxx, which then processes the data and forwards the check information back to the user for printing.

CheckPrint alerts the user when the check files are ready to be printed and offers the option of printing all of the checks or only a selection of checks.

Direct-deposit statements and pay stubs can also be printed, and CheckPrint also allows the user to modify settings to choose a variety of check formats and fonts.

Customers can buy the form checks at office supply stores and banks.
