Napp is responsible for preparing, reviewing and organizing client investment performance reporting and analysis. In addition, he will facilitate the documentation of the investment decisionmaking process and the plan’s adherence to the client investment policy statement.
Napp brings experience in equity research, performance analysis and portfolio management at small, private companies as well as large international firms. He has spent much of his career working with plans ranging in size from $1 million to $8 billion. He previously worked at Siemens Capital Company LLC in pension fund management, dealing directly with the firm’s defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB) plans.
Napp’s knowledge of investment manager selection, performance monitoring metrics and the Department of Labor’s (DOL) fee disclosure rules will aid him in his role at PEI, the firm said in a release.
PEI provides institutional investment and retirement plan consulting services.
