Pension Consultants Offers Proxy Voting Service

According to a Pension Consultants news release, even though proxies are issued to fund shareholders about various management issues, often it is the employer who ends up voting the proxies on the workers’ behalf.

“Unfortunately, many times the proxies are simply discarded by the employer before being voted on, because they do not have the expertise or time to adequately study the issue,” asserted the news release.
