Grimm joins the firm after 19 years with Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP, a business law firm in North Carolina. She has worked with both pension and welfare employee benefits practices preparing qualified pension, profit sharing plans and executive compensation plans including non-qualified deferred compensation plans, the release stated.
Grimm earned her Juris Doctorate at Wake Forest University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude, and her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
