The new products, part of PeopleSoft’s new HRMS 8.8 release, are designed to assist organizations manage their workforce and better measure performance and include:
- PeopleSoft ePerformance– an enterprise-wide solution enabling organizations to reinforce corporate objectives by aligning all employees with an organization’s goals and objectives.
- PeopleSoft HelpDesk for Human Resources– HR specialist support with a 360-degree view of every employee’s case history and HR data.
- PeopleSoft Mobile Time Management– the first product to be available within the HCM mobile business applications suite currently under development, provides data accuracy and time reporting flexibility for employees who must connect remotely to their time reporting systems.
- PeopleSoft Global Payroll – provides a platform for the administration of pay information across multiple geographies and workforces on a single database.
Additionally, PeopleSoft announced the expansion of its geographic capabilities for Global Payroll to include India, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, the Netherlands and Brazil.
