PeopleSoft Unveils New Training Impact Tracking Suite

August 19, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - PeopleSoft Inc. has rolled out a new suite of training products allowing users to track the impact of investments in training, employee development and performance on an organization's operating and financial results.

Workforce Performance Solutions is comprised of PeopleSoft’s Enterprise Portal and HRMS Portal Pack, ePerformance, Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), eDevelopment and key components of PeopleSoft’s Human Resources (HR) application.   Tying all these components together, the new solution enables companies to deliver the appropriate training to ensure compliance with current government and legislative requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley, Series 7 and OSHA, according to a news release.
