PMFM Names Doherty as President
January 8, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The board of
directors of PMFM, Inc., an Athens, Georgia-based registered
investment adviser, has tapped Judson P. Doherty as president
effective immediately.
Reported by Fred Schneyer
A news release from the company said Doherty is responsible for all operations of the firm, including oversight of its investment department and sales and marketing initiatives, as well as the delivery of PMFM’s 401k Toolbox service. Doherty, who also serves as Chief Financial Officer, has been with PMFM since 2001.
“Jud was already running PMFM on a day-to-day basis, and doing a great job of it,” Tim Chapman, who previously served as President, said in the announcement. “Giving him the title of president is simply a reflection of the responsibilities he’s had for several years.”
Chapman will continue to serve as Chairman and CEO.
