PNC to Offer Morningstar ClearFuture

May 28, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Sponsors of defined contribution plans that use PNC Advisors' Vested Interest product will soon be able to make an online advice program available to their participants.

According to a PNC press release, the Morningstar ClearFuture program will be available to PNC clients as of September 1, 2002. PNC will make Morningstar ClearFuture available via its Web site .

Morningstar ClearFuture helps participants set goals, choose an appropriate asset allocation mix for their plan assets, select securities, and determine the level of contributions necessary to meet their retirement needs.

According to Morningstar, a Chicago-based investment research and education company, Morningstar ClearFuture is available to 19,000 US corporate retirement plans.
