Designed for businesses with two to 50 employees, the two companies said they can cut the time and complexity required to shop for insurance by using the online format. The new service starts September 17.
To access the service, small business employers go to the Centennial Bank web site ( www.centennialbank.com ), choose “Insurance Services” and complete the steps outlined. Managed by the ConceroGroup, the service enables an employer to obtain insurance quotes from multiple vendors.
A wide selection of plans is available covering medical,
dental, life, short-term disability and long-term
disability employee insurance, the companies said.
In addition to purchasing products, customers can set up payment schedules, receive invoicing and provide for plan participants to make their own coverage changes. If needed, businesses can also contact “live” insurance personnel without leaving the Centennial Bank web site.
