Principal Tool Helps Advisers Build Participant Education Programs

A press release said that with the new tool, financial professionals can find:

  • Templates they can tailor to make the education plans their own; and
  • Flexible materials that allow them to create a variety of education plan options.

They also have access to local education personnel who conduct both group education meetings and one-on-one meetings with participants. Financial professionals can use the Participant Education Planning Tool to help retirement plan sponsors increase participation, salary deferrals, and overall participant satisfaction with the plan, according to the announcement.
