Mariner, Cariloop Provide Family Care, Healthcare Navigation Support

Mariner Wealth Advisors LLC, a national financial services firm that works with public and government funds, insurance companies, Taft-Hartley plans and nonprofits, partnered with Cariloop Inc., a caregiving support platform, to provide direct access to dedicated care coaches who guide healthcare and long-term-care decisions.

Cariloop’s Caregiver Support Platform, generally available to employers to provide as an employee benefit, offers professional coaching, caregiving tools and a provider network trained to guide families through major decisions related to aging parents, neurodiverse dependents and other complex caregiving scenarios.

Mariner began rolling out the platform earlier this year to more than 2,000 associates, adding clients more recently. In the first two weeks after launch, advisers opened more than 300 caregiving cases for their own families.

Alight, BNY Offer Support for Retirement Plan Administration, Investing

Alight Inc., a benefits administration provider of health, retirement and other employee benefits leave tools, and the Bank of New York Mellon Corp., a global financial services platform, collaborated on a new product designed to provide plan administration and investing support to defined contribution and defined benefit plan sponsors and participants.

BNY’s suite of retirement-focused investment products, including stable value, target-date, active and index funds, can be incorporated into Alight’s DC and DB recordkeeping with a modern brokerage window built on custody infrastructure.

Alight’s recordkeeping and participant experience platform, Alight Worklife, allows sponsors to manage plan administration, participant interactions and investment access.

Client engagement will be led by Alight relationship managers, who will coordinate with BNY subject-matter experts to deliver client support.
