Program Helps With Open Enrollment

July 29, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Benefits managers looking for a better way to conduct an open enrollment season may want to consider a new product from a Norwalk, Connecticut technology firm.

PerfectSoftware, Inc., said its Perfect Benefit Enrollment Suite provides HR Managers with an automated open enrollment tracking and reporting system.   Every employee can view their current benefit plans and elected options, submit changes and receive a customized statement via email or company website, according to a press release.

Adding the Perfect Benefit Enrollment Suite to HRWindows provides PerfectSoftware clients with the option to produce individual employee reports outlining:

  • what benefits they have,
  • which dependents are covered,
  • how much they cost and
  • all other available benefits and costs to which the employee is entitled.

The product could help companies save money and hold down potential disruptions to the corporate routine sometimes felt during open enrollment, PerfectSoftware said.

PerfectSoftware offers several methods for clients to take advantage of the Benefit Enrollment Program; including programming services for their existing intranet system or providing an inclusive hosting service that will handle all of the processing and reports for the client via the internet, according to the company’s product announcement.

PerfectSoftware, Inc. is a division of Aspetuck Systems and has been providing Human Resource and Business Process Management Solutions since 1984.  Additional information is available at www.perfectsoftware.com .
