eValuator depicts market conditions and trends through charts and graphs designed to help relocation clients adjust and redesign relocation policies and programs based on the results, Prudential said in a news release.
The analytics component helps interpret the local economic and real estate market environment and projects the home price trends of the local market, while the valuation feature projects home value at the transactional level.
“ The National Association of Realtors reported that the total number of existing home sales for 2007 dropped 12.8% from the previous year,” said Earl Lee, President, Prudential Relocation, in the news release. ” eValuator helps clients identify savings opportunities and make well-informed relocation policy and strategic decisions to better respond to the current turbulence in the real estate market.”
