Prudential Expands Benefits Platform to Help with Enrollment
In a press release Prudential said that in the fall, it will launch an enrollment Web site and related enrollment support center designed to help ease the administrative burden associated with annual enrollment for employers.
Group Insurance’s Enrollment Web site will be a one-stop repository of education materials for employers and their employees, the announcement said. The site experience will be customized to an individual’s life stage and demographics.
Simplified screens will make enrollment easier, as well as enable employees to calculate how much insurance they need. The site will also simplify the Evidence of Insurability process for life and disability insurance.
In addition, Group Insurance has streamlined its approach to implementing voluntary benefits for businesses with fewer than 500 covered employees and can provide customized enrollment kits at the touch of a button, Prudential said.
