Recruitmax Beefs Up Consulting Unit

A news release said the Recruitmax Global Services team of consultants has more than tripled since the beginning of the year, adding resources with recruiting and recruiting leadership expertise as well as software industry and global implementation experience.   New personnel include senior consultants and managers from Big 5 consulting firms as well as human resource executives from Fortune 500 organizations, the company reported.

The announcement said that new Recruitmax service offerings include talent management strategy consulting, business process improvement and redesign, workforce measurement and analysis, employee retention consulting, performance management process optimization, competency alignment enhancement and additional services for global deployment, project management, localized training and instructional design.
