Recruitment Cost Calculator Introduced

September 23, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Redmatch and the Nash Group have announced the availability of a new calculator to help companies determine the cost of recruitment and how much can be saved by implementing a recruitment management calculator.

According to a company press release, HR professionals can enter key variables in the Redmatch HR savings calculator, such as positions hired per month and percentage of replacement for existing positions versus new positions to be filled. The calculator shows the cost savings associated with improving the recruitment process by using job matching technology.
