ResourceLink Now Available to U.S. Companies

October 10, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Northgate HR's ResourceLink HR management system (HRMS) will now be available to U.S. companies, according to a press release.

The system form the UK-based company is an HR administration and payroll application for managing multiple functions, including employee absence and leave, performance goals, succession planning, compensation, training and recruitment and manager and employee self-service.

The ResourceLink system draws information from a single core database, meaning that once data is entered in the system about an employee or position, it is then available to all other modules and managers via role-based privileges. This makes it easier for growing companies that must coordinate HR functions across multiple locations, according to the press release.

“A growing talent shortage and stringent compliance requirements make HR an increasingly complex function for US organizations,” said Kay Mason, president, Northgate HR, U.S. “For the increasing number of mid-size companies, it can be an even greater challenge. As a result, these organizations have a clear need to streamline their HR processes so they can focus on strategic management of their human capital,” she continued.

ResourceLink can be delivered via an in-house, hosted or outsourced model. It is a modularized offering, enabling organizations to implement the functionality they currently need while laying the foundation for a fully integrated HR and payroll solution, according to the company.
