Elco is responsible for the growth and profitability of the firm and manages its client services, investment advisory services, and marketing efforts. She also counsels finance and human resources professionals and helps them comply with industry rules and regulations.
Trisha Brambley, former president of RESOURCES, will continue to serve the firm as consultant.
According to a press release, prior to her promotion, Elco was the firm’s vice president of Client Services. In this position, she worked closely with companies who provide 401(k) and other retirement plans to help meet employees’ savings needs. Elco also served as a retirement benefits manager for a local company, where she was responsible for the retirement benefits of 7,000 active and 5,000 retired employees.
Elco has her FINRA Series 6, 63, 7, 24, Pennsylvania Health Insurance Representative registrations and has obtained her Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation from the Foundation of Fiduciary Studies.She earned her BA from the University of Pittsburgh and holds an MA in Human Resources Management from St. Francis University.
