Connects Employers with Older Workers

In addition to a job board, the Web site offers resources to its visitors such as advice, news, success stories and money tips. It also features radio-style conversations playable online that are led by former executives of CNN.

A recent survey from AARP, conducted by Towers Perrin, showed that hiring older workers cost companies little and, in return, provided unusually well-motivated workers (See AARP: Hiring Older Workers Makes Financial Sense ).   Employers should also consider an older workforce as the pending baby boomer retirement threatens them with labor shortages (See More Focus Needed on Boomer Retirements Effects).
