RolloverSystems Hired by Malvern

April 26, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - RolloverSystems, Inc. has announced that the company will provide rollover distribution services - including automatic rollovers - for Malvern Benefits Corporation.

Malvern  provides 401(k) retirement plan administration and recordkeeping. The agreement with  RolloverSystems  will allow Malvern to provide plan sponsors with tools they need to allow terminatedparticipants to select an IRA and request a distribution, according to a press release.


RolloverSystems provides IRA offerings to rollover candidates. According to the company, its system allows rollover candidates to compare multiple offers from financial institutions   and then initiate a rollover transaction online.
