SEC Hosts Fair Disclosure Webcast

April 24, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - A public roundtable discussion on Fair Disclosure, moderated by acting Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman, Laura Unger.

The session will be webcast by CCBN, an Internet based shareholder communication service.

Panelists will discuss the Regulation FD from the issuer, media, analyst, legal, and investor perspectives.

The public is invited to attend the discussion, but since space is limited to 300, seating will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis. The meeting will take place at the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Customs House Auditorium, One Bowling Green, New York, New York, from 10am to 4:30pm.
