Security Benefit Hires Eight Regional Directors in PRS Group

April 26, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Security Benefit has announced the hiring of eight investment and insurance focused Regional Directors for the Personal Retirement Savings (PRS) Group.

Initially, this group will be charged with marketing EliteDesigns, PRS’ inaugural product targeting Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and other fee based advisors and their clients. According to the announcement, they  will be supported by “a fully staffed sales desk tasked with delivering outstanding customer service to their RIA clients”. 

EliteDesigns combines a tax-deferred variable annuity with 200 investment options (see Security Benefit Launches Personal Retirement Savings Initiative). “Leveraging the advantages of an insurance product with the power of a diverse investment platform, the EliteDesigns variable annuity is structured to suit a variety of investment strategies that can meet an expansive array of risk and reward objectives,” according to a press release.

The Regional Directors are:

  • Brian Graime:  Manhattan, Mid-Atlantic
  • David Rabin: California, West
  • Marcello Cosentino: Long Island, Westchester, Upstate NY
  • Trey Hancock: Midwest
  • Terike Novak: Texas, Southwest
  • Gordon Miller: New England
  • Bill Evans: Florida 
  • Todd Nelson: Southeast
